Geography
This water planet has only small landmasses, none big enough to support a population of land animals of any note except that of the Tortle who dwell across both above and below the water.
The coral reefs here are vast, and the size of continents.
History
Tritons, Tortles, Kua-Toa, Locathah, and Sahaguin are all creatures that call this planet home.
Most of their cities and civilizations are all vast underwater networks, with large domes on the seabed.
Tortles on the other hand crafted huge rafts and use them to sail from point to point across the rough seas. Fishing and purifying water to drink using their floating cities advancements.
