Narcian

Lord of Radiance and Beginings Narcian

Narcian oft appears as a tall man, slender, but well muscled, with blood red hair and eyes as deep as star-fields, glistening with a thousand pinpricks of light. However, this is only a smaller aspect of himself. Narcian's true form has shining silvery skin, golden rams horns, flowing liquid ruby hair, and wings made of glistening diamond feathers. It is said, even Atlus stares upon Narcian's true form with jealousy. . .

Personal history

Narcian is the first sentient being born of the Abyss at the beginning of the second age. He is the first of the race known as Celestials and would long act as their leader until the race split into the orders of Angels, Hierophants, Elderthings, and Demons.   When the Celestial race split into different orders, Narcian was rejected by all the Celestial orders. Finding himself divorced from his own kind, Narcian disappeared, no longer feeling like he was needed.   That is until the third age. With the appearance of the divine gods, all the Celestials found themselves on the defensive from these powerful beings who represented their own interests, rather than the strict ideals of law and chaos, and amongst the numbers of the gods was Narcian.   Narcian saw the ideals of the gods more agreeable than the constant warfare of the different orders of Celestials, so he sold out his own kind to the divines. However, when the war ended, Narcian himself was sealed away along with the rest of the Celestials, however, Narcian, for his service to the divines, was afforded his own demiplane located in the Aether as his prison. And while he himself was not free to come or go, the mortals he created with the help of the divines were.

History

All aasimar are direct biological clones of Narcian, using his dna as a template for their creation. Though they lack his divinity, they are genetically identical.

Relationship Reasoning

Arisa considers Narcian to be a threat to the material plane and is glad he is still imprisoned. While Narcian likely is unaware of Arisa's existence.
