Long after the dismantling of Hålaèrenn Cère, the Cèrez Principality did not rejoin the Koldairn Fellowship for more than two decades. The young nation was quite weak, caught in a war of monarchs brought on by the Gilded Succession. It was only after when Hwais Easoddar reclaimed power, did the nation retake its oath.

As such, they follow the seven principles of the Fellowship:

1. Free trade and travel among the seven kingdoms.
2. Protection in times of great strife and war.
3. A non-aggression accord.
4. An official peninsula-wide currency system.
5. Established Ranger's Guilds in all of the Fellowship kingdoms.
6. The creation and implementation of new magick colleges.
7. The improvement and sharing of new magick technologies.
