A political summit to discuss the Empire of Scales & Potentially War

Six months ago the Neutral and Free Sphere Phao was invaded in a blindsiding assault by a previously unknown Superpower now known to be The Empire of Scales. Since Phao’s complete takeover the Empire has made no advancement in conquest, happy to defend their new borders and send out their Prophets to preach their Scripture of Scales. Both the C.T.U and the Fayen Collective have chosen to not escalate the situation and will be attending a Political Summit on the Free Sphere Nonzanope in order to discuss future interactions, policies and relations with the Empire. Rumor has it the recent discovery of an object of great power, potentially some kind of weapon, will be unveiled during the Summit.   Unbeknownst to themselves or each other, It is here and now that our unsuspecting heroes gather.
