Even with a Treaty tension are high between the C.T.U & FeyCol

With their mutual enemy gone and it's remnants absorbed into the two Confluences, the C.T.U. & The Collective rushed to cement their influence across the Etherium. Having just ended one blood conflict the races were not eager for an even larger war, so they were careful not to extend the tension into bloodshed. However many injustices we're committed on both sides and old fears and prejudices were harbored in the hearts of the races. In time the C.T.U and the Collective expanded to fully encompass their home Confluences.
