A new Disease dubbed Arcanus Malignum - "Witcher Fever" ravages the Fayen Collective killing tens of thousands of magic users. A 30 year Quarantine is placed on all afflicted Spheres. The C.T.U bans FayCol citizens from travel into their Aetherspace.
