Rashan is a devout enforcer of Sethet-Ka’s rule and a ruthless hunter of lawbreakers in Y’Matara. He views tricksters and thieves as parasites that erode the stability of the city, and none irk him more than Tavo. What started as a professional pursuit has become personal—Tavo publicly humiliated him once, and Rashan has never forgotten. He uses his influence and network to make life difficult for the young Puffari, determined to capture or break him.

Physical Description

A tall, imposing man with sharp, hawk-like features and piercing dark eyes. His jet-black beard is meticulously groomed, and his polished golden-trimmed armor bears the insignia of Sethet-Ka’s Templars. His every movement is precise, calculated, and heavy with authority.

Rashan seeks absolute order in Y’Matara and sees Tavo as a symbol of the chaos he despises. His need to capture Tavo is both duty and pride—he refuses to let a street rat make a fool of him again.
