Akkanathi Lord
The Akkanathi Lords are led by nine Lords who rule the nine akkanathi villages of Abrell Uplands and are the voices of Luthic, the Cave Mother. As opposed to many religious leaders, the nine Akkanathi Lords are actually devout to their faith and do not see it as a means to exert power and influence.
