The First Tune

The First Tune is a staff with a microphone on one end incased in a partial red metal covering. The wielder of this microphone can broadcast their voice into nearby speakers and broadcast over radio waves with no other equipment. The item dates back to Pre-Fall with some speculation that it was created in the 1920s during the rise of radio broadcasting.
