Serentonius Ogden MacPlink

Serentonius Ogden MacPlink (who is often called 'Stomp' for short) usually haunts The Magical Library or the University when he is not engaged in Enclave Council business. He is a lively elderly gnome with thick spectacles and a wrinkly bald head.
'Stomp' is a fount of information of all kinds, and seldom minds being interrupted at his reading. However, few people interrupt him because he tends to ramble at length about arcane topics of little interest to the listener. Nonetheless, he is a founding member of the University, and is one of the most popular professors. He plans his courses carefully, and because of this, usually stays on topic while lecturing.
