Harra Deepdelver

Harra Deepdelver is the current head of The Enclave Council. She is a middle-aged dwarf with long blond braids. She formerly headed (and retains an interest in) a successful mining cooperative belowground, and her judgement is well-respected by most. She has served 2 years of her 6-year term as Head. She particularly enjoys music, and is a frequent patron of The Blind Cricket.
She has supported the establishment and expansion of the University and favors exploration of the Outside world. She tends to be suspicious of the motives of the Mages' Guild.
She was recently embroiled in controversy regarding a settlement for Farmers whose land was damaged by a sinkhole caused by dwarven miners. Although she supported substantial reparations for those farmers, she successfully blocked a popular (among non-dwarves) moratorium on tunneling underneath the aboveground portions of the Enclave.
