The Captain
"The Captain" is the name given to the Head of the Southstone Inquisitorium by her Inquisitors.
She has a more "official" title, but seems to prefer the moniker given to her by her comrades. Inquisitors in Southstone are relatively relaxed compared to the main branch of the Inquisitorium in Torvahlis, and being a close-knit community maintaining morale and a sense of community is of upmost importance. Things like monikers build a sense of familiarity that The Captain considers to be of benefit.
She's an eccentric woman, and how much of that can be attributed to her position is unclear. Unlike the majority of the Inquisitors in her charge, The Captain is never seen without her mask. She eats and sleeps alone as well, which makes the only well-known detail of her appearance her long white hair. She mostly keeps a distance and does not seem to make "friends", per se, but she does seem to have an interest in her Inquisitors well-being.
She is known to be a highly skilled combatant, and while she does not often leave the walls of Southstone, when she does the Inquisitors who accompany her often describe not needing to do much of anything to complete the mission.
