Mayor Sheran Krale (a.k.a. Cinder)

The Steel Armed Mayor-Governor of Harrow and it's surrounding area. Sheran Krale has seen to the governance and protection of Harrow for 50 years. She is popular with it's residents and resented by the merchants and sycophants of the guilds whom she and the town guard keep firmly in line.
