The Statuary

The Statuary, who has also been dubbed the Landsculptor, is possibly the most powerful of the Elphedver. According to what seems to be Elphead creation myth, the Statuary was the deity who sculpted Syoll’s landscape and raised the Neverending Mountains. One of the first theories set up by scholars was that the Statuary was somewhat seen as the leader of the Elphedver, but after the Doomsday Century this theory was dismissed. Most of the geological changes to Syoll during the Doomsday Century were caused by the Statuary, most notably the creation of the Solasi volcano that destroyed a majority of the town. However, they made up for it greatly during the Great Mending, when they used their powers to help with the construction of various cities and monuments. They were one of the first to travel to the Material Plane and, after they were longer needed, disappeared into the masses, disguised.
