The Knave

The Knave, who has also been dubbed the Schemeforger, is the most chaotic of the Elphedver and assumed to be the youngest. He is often shown causing mischief and havoc, and often appears referenced in Elphead imagery that shows various scenarios implying deceit, betrayal, or trickery. Experts assume that he was regarded by the Elphead in a mostly negative light, but some theories propose he is meant to represent and play to the dark and nasty whims that everyone has on occasion. The Knave is often named as the deity that caused the Doomsday Century, since it was him who disrespected the first peace between the two pantheons. During the war itself, it is unclear whether he truly fought, since nothing is known of where he was or what he was doing. He has not been seen or heard of since the beginning of the Doomsday Century, apparently not even by the Elphedver. The cause of his disappearance remains entirely unknown.
