Dwarven Fruit Trees

Found in most Dwarven mountain settlements, these plants are actually a form of giant fungi. They are used primarily as an emergency food source, as they provide a good amount of protein and carbohydrates, but not much else (like taste). The only natural occurrence of this fungus was in the caverns of Khazad-Gathol, and the Dwarves consider this fungus to be a gift from Anahiriken, their patron deity. All other occurrences known are transplants (transfungi?).
