The Snow Wand

The Snow Wand was a traditional symbol of office for the Mage Kings of the Kingdom of Snowborne.
Created by the Mage King Lanald, the Snow Wand was capable of affecting the weather, inducing or preventing snow storms with an area of effect of about ten kilometers around the wielder of the Wand. It was rumoured to have had other less obvious and secret powers as well, which only the Mage Kings themselves, who wielded it, fully understood.
