Raja Rahul Rholab
Rahul Rholab was fourth Raja of Katrapetch, the son of Dravindra Rholab and his second wife, Aadhila Rholab . He ascended the throne at the age of twelve in 9557 BPC but did not assume full control until his thirtieth birthday in 9539 BPC, the city being governed by a regency led by his mother in the interim.
In 9490 BPC, Rahul ordered the construction of what would become the foundation layer of the Old City Walls. At this stage they were not defensive but merely marked a limit of city planning and taxation, linking a number of custom posts.
