Qelari Ethin was the Grand Harmonizer of the Way of the Harmonic Path between 3117 APC and 3162 APC.
She admitted Clarise Vabatan into the Harmonic Order in 3137 APC.
The notorious mage was travelling incognito using the alias "Angelica Terathyl" and accompanied by a servant, Bryony Paquem. Masquerading as a novice, she was able to gain the credentials of a priestess at the Foundation Stone Song House. The full story can be found in Clarise Vabatan's Diary : Volume 7.
