Jahanara Azamdar

Jahanara Azamdar was Rani of Katrapetch between 2097 APC, when she married Samiraj Azamdar and 2108 APC, when she died in childbirth at the tragically young age of 38.
Before her marriage, Jahanara is thought to have had a passionate relationship with the poet Aruvan Jafraan who was exiled to Highloft by Samiraj Azamdar in 2097 APC.

Her death inspired Aruvan Jafraan to write one of the most famous works of poetry to be published in the age of the Four Aerial Courts, "The Bloom and the Fall", a meditation on love, loss and aging.
