Grand Alchemist
The rank of Grand Alchemist is a title within the Alchemical Alliance used by the rulers of the independent city states within the alliance. The Grand Alchemists advise the Magistrad{o/a} of the Assembly and follow their direction on matters of international relations, but they have full authority to govern within their own cities without outside intervention.
