Freja Droijheann
Freja Droijheann was Queen Cousin at Kingcardine in 1642 AF when she married King Finn Sorrel of Keldramys in a move that united the two cities under one royal family, ruled from Kingcardine.
This was a carefully arranged marriage which offered obvious benefits to both parties and to their states. The title of Queen Cousin was an honorary one, and not sufficient on its own to make Freja the queen, a position which she desired. Kingcardine, had no obvious successor, when the previous king died without issue. Clever and swift diplomacy, secured the throne for the newly weds before factional fighting could begin which might have seriously weakened Kingcardine.
