Dr. Cygnus Quinn was a respected authority on the Discontinuum and local Powers who worked for the Stability Council as a lecturer at the Underdown South campus on Earth Stable. He had a particular interest in the study of magic as an operating force within those realms where the Laws of Form permit it.
His course on Magic and Technology was a master class in the nuances of these modes of understanding and working in less stable realms.
Dr. Quinn was assassinated shortly before he was about to give an induction lecture to a new intake of students and his killers remain unidentified and unpunished.
