Agents

Powers may control many agents (with a small a) within individual realms, but their highest ranking servants will be capable of crossing between realms. Agents (with a captial A) are operators within the Discontinuum who understand the nature of higher order reality and know of at least one way of tunneling through the natural barriers keeping the realms separated. The Stability Council has an entire service of Agents working for them. Sometimes, Agents may be independent or they may go rogue. This can be a step to becoming a Minor Power, as has happened in the case of the Wild Knight for example.
