Arthur Tytana
Arthur is a very non threatening, well spoken, charismatic former politician. He acts much like a priest/preacher would, working to spread ideologies that benefit Hastur , and his plans. These sermons mention nothing of the Far Realm, or anything specific about Hastur. They are mostly designed to plant the seed of curiosity in the members so that they fall deeper and deeper into The Cult.
He uses the connections he made in his former life as a politician to manipulate, corrupt, and recruit others into their order. He is the public face of the Cult that the general people see. A charismatic and cunning man who knows the game of politics well and uses his influence to sway public perception, and gain the ear of powerful people. He is also the head of recruitment for The Cult of Azothia.
He can most often be found in the port city of Bezantur in the temple for the The Cult of Azothia where his seat of authority lies.
