The Demon Queen's Gate

The Demon Queen's Gate is a magic gateway leading to The Demonweb Pits. It's location is completely unknown. Slies T'Druis Oblodra has seen The Demon Queen's Gate in his recurring nightmares. To pass through the gate, he crushes an artifact known as The Broodstone in his hands to release a multitude of minuscule spiders that swarm over him. This allows him to pass through the gate. Unfortunately, he is overwhelmed by the spiders on the other side of the gate and wakes up just before dying.
I haven't been able to find out where she's moved her realm to. Lloth hides in some dank crevice, of that I have no doubt.
Vhaeraun, lamenting his inability to locate The Demonweb Pits
The Demonweb Pits, the realm of Lloth, is her center of power. She has relocated her realm twice. When The Demonweb Pits were created, the realm was located in the 66th layer of The Abyss. It was a simple realm with a moving fortress that wandered about a very large web. This location was later found to be abandoned.   During her metamorphosis into a more powerful diety, a time known as Lloth's Silence, she moved her realm into its own demiplane of existance. The Priestesses of Lloth were unable to reach their goddess through prayer and their powers waned at this time. Losing control of the populace became a great concern for The Priestesses, an expeditionary party was sent from Menzoberranzan to discover why the Spider Queen had gone silent.   The only member of the expeditionary party to return from The Demonweb Pits alive and unscathed was Quenthel Baenre, Lloth's chosen. The Demon Queen gave her most beloved priestess a gift, The Broodstone. It is the only artifact on Toril to originate from within The Demonweb Pits. The Brotherhood will need this item if they hope to find The Demon Queen's Gate on their quest to Save the Drow, Kill Lloth!
I've gone through my sister's underwear drawer hoping to get my hands on that necklace more times than I care to admit. I don't think she ever takes the damn thing off.
Jarlaxle, on the topic of The Broodstone
After the events of The Spellplague and The Second Sundering, Lloth has lost a great deal of her power. Her portfolio has shrunk and many of the powers she once claimed have been taken by other dieties. Keeping her diminishment a secret has been one of the highest priorities for The Priestesses of Lloth. While their prayers are still answered and their divine spells do work, they once again fear that they will lose control of Drow society. In her extreme paranoia, Lloth has closed all entrances to her realm except for The Demon Queen's Gate.
In theory, one could use an artifact that originated from within her realm to travel there in a Nautiloid. Such an artifact would exist at the same vibrational frequency, a frequency that would be unique to the Demonweb Pits.
