History of The Crimson Coast

A great cataclysm (its true nature lost to time) sweeps over the lost continent, destroying great civilizations and casting the entire coastline and the nearby mountains into an ongoing era of endless dark - strange pollutants render areas uninhabitable, and hostile weather combined with mysterious dangers in the untamed wilds isolate the Crimson Coast from the rest of the world - except for by sea, at Port Salazar - the last bastion of civilization, where some say the armies of the region held out in a last stand to weather the Cataclysm.
