Intro to my goals

In past years I have aimed for diamond. This year I am only aiming for silver. I am going on a trip with my daughter to the National Scout Jamboree. My son was also going, until in June this year he was diagnosed with a bone cancer, osteosarcoma. The good news is that the prognosis is good but these two events have sucked a lot of my time. So between them, work, and everything else I am setting the bar lower than previously.
