Purpose / Function
This wall has been constructed in order to protect Disney Nation from any attack from TrumpLand, which surrounds all of Disney Nation.
Alterations
The exterior of the building is with the best ballistic-proof shielding that money can buy--advanced starlite paneling and explosion resistant concrete that have been designed to be repairs as needed. As these pieces have been damaged of the last century, it's been replaced according to a top secret schedule.
Through the early years of it's construction, the wall had housing put on the bottom of it for all the soldiers that protect Disney Nation. Later on, family housing for these soldiers was added as well.
On the interior, Disney Nation struggled early on with making the wall welcoming. However, using hexogonal LED screens, they've been able to make a customizable lit up landscape throughout the entire nation, changing the scenery depending on the season, holiday, threat level, or even individual requests for those hoping to making special memories while visiting the theme park and resort.

Architecture
The outside of the wall is stark and oppressive, with no windows to the outside. The inside is built with tiers to accommodate the housing and businesses that line parts of the wall. There is no way in or out through the walls. All visitors come in and out through the municipal-sized airport made out of the repurposed land bought by the The Walt Disney Company.
What makes the interior of the wall magnificent is the hexagonal screen projections that are carefully coordinated throughout day and night, helping keep the setting as magical as any Disney property is known to feel.

History
Disney Nation first broke ground on the Shield of Happiness March 4th, 2025. Heavy surveillance that was provided by Blackwater mercenaries allowed contractors to start digging out the deep trenches for the sturdy foundation. With around the clock construction, late May saw the installation of the explosion-resistant concrete.
By December, Disney Nation was able to secure the recipe for Starlite, which was once thought was lost to history after the death of it's inventor. February of 2026 saw testing of the recipe, and by the end of 2026 first generation of the Western wall was completed. Knowing the strength and specification more concretely, and desperate to secure the nation as TrumpLand continued to expanded with occasionally violent skirmishes, Disney Nation was able to complete the wall late 2027. It was named the Shield of Happiness, in order to tie into the brand's location being "the happiest place on earth".
Since there, there have been 3 more significant modifications and repairs to the wall, resulting in the current iteration of it being called the 4th generation Shield of Happiness. Throughout that time, TrumpLand has never broken the wall itself with any weapon it's been able to obtain and control, despite numerous attempts.
