Lacerta

Lacerta is home to many of the dragon like and reptilian races. Dragonborn, lizardfolk, tortle, kobolds, troglodyte, and many other similar races. Lacerta is harsh planet. Having a law system that is extremely backwards they tend to carry out the punishment and then look for the facts. They believe that by doing this they will make the people too afraid to commit crime. Overall it has worked, but when crime does occur the action is more violent than it is on other planets. Petty thievery is a rare occurrence. The most common crimes are murder, rape, and sex rings. These crimes are taken extremely serious and most the time, the suspects are all executed before full investigations can be completed.     There is a very high population of dragons on this planet, it is believed that this is the birthplace of Tiamat. All dragons are seen as gods and rulers here. To kill one would lead to certain death and is the highest crime on the planet. The interesting thing about the dragons found on this planet, that hasn't been noted on any other, is the ability to travel through space. It seems they don't need to breathe to stay alive. It very well could be that this is the birthplace of Tiamat, and the dragon home world.   There have been cases of necromancy here. To perform any kind of necromancy on a dragon is punishable by death it is then, and only then, that a dragon may be attacked. In an attempt to protect it's honor and image it held in life. For this reason necromancy is completely illegal. Normal practice will lead to your removal from the planet.   The planet ranges from host arid deserts, to wet tropics, to calm green forests, and freezing ice caps. The different dragons can be found in each of these places.

Geography

The climates differ to a large amount. From cold arctics, to hot desserts, and lush forests. This world has a little bit for everyone.

History

This planet is believed to be the home world of all dragons, and the birthplace of Tiamat. The religions have always revolved around the dragons and their protection. To harm a dragon would lead to exile. To kill a dragon would lead to either a very quick or very slow death depending on the tribe that catches you.   There are great dragon graveyards, these locations are extremely sacred and outsiders are strictly forbidden. These graveyards are in the habitats of their respective dragons. A red dragon grave yard will be in a volcano, while a blue dragon grave yard will be in storming isles.
