Bellerophon

Around 5 times the size of Damari, and developed planet inhabited mainly by Dragonborns, with the exception of merchant humans and servant goblins. The planet is almost all covered with water, with some islands that are home to major cities that are mostly for business and trade. Citizens of Bellerophon live on small floating "islands," which look more like spaceships, that are several acres in size. Bellerophon is home to industry and technological advancements, and it developed rapidly in comparison to the surrounding planets. The Dragonborn decided to take their advancements abroad to "help others advance," but most people see right through the thinly veiled colonialism. They invade smaller and more vulnerable planets and take control of their economy while forcing their lifestyles on the planets. They levy high taxes and tariffs in exchange for their "help." Many citizens of these planets end up starving, or servants, or slaves. The lucky ones are able to leave and start over on a different planet far away from the reaches of Bellerophon. Most planets are too small and underdeveloped to fight back against the massive machines and weapons that have been developed by Bellerophon.
