Deep in space lies an old world. Full of technology, once inhabated by an advanced and peaceful people. They had no desire to learn the ways of war and build a military. Their deffences were strong, and they focused on creating powerful alliances with the strongest planets they could find. They were smart and very wise. Using their knowledge they created many great things. The secrets to slowing age, creating food and water, and even the secrets of time.
Their people were beyond prosperous. There were no poor among them, there was no starvation, even disease was a thing of the past. Their greatest, and last, enemy was time and death. They fought for thousands of years to avoid the inevitable cold grasp of death.
Eventually they began to disapper. Their planet became extremely dangerous, overun with wild animals and strange and dangerous people, it was avoided like the plague. Countless adventurers have died attempting to explore this dangerous planet in search of its great technology and secrets.
