The Oroboro

The Oroboro are a political alliance of dragons who rule over the continent of the Seven Silver Circle. They formed in the First Era to bring the end of the war between the Underdark and the surface. Several of them have fallen since, but the majority of the continent is still rulled by these powerful dragons.
The Oroboro are not the only dragons in existence on the continent, but they are the strongest and the only ones that willfully interact with mortals. Spotting a dragon that is not one of the remaining Oroboro is extremely rare, if at all possible. Still, the amount of sorcerers with dragonic bloodlines is enough to verify that they exsist.

Territories

The Oroboro rule over the Seven Silver Circle continent. The only nation that has been "reclaimed" by the mortal races is Hakkak. The Territory known as the Voiceless Wastes is no longer under the rule of the dragons, but many think might soon pledge allegiance to Azure. If so, that would mean the sky nation would have territory on the ground.
