Session 25: Shargruk River Report

General Summary

The party offered the thug of the Slaughterfish Gang that was piloting the boat gold to join them on the way up the river after learning he planned to drop them off a few miles outside of Riverdale. When he refused because it would take a little over two days and he did not have enough Rovagug's Tincture to last the entire trip. Vegam Yar offered him a chance to repent, calling him weak for being addicted tot the substance. This enraged the gang member, which was only exsaberated when challenged to a contest of strength, which for some reason immeadately involved weapons as the party attacked the gang member while he activated his Rovagug's Tincture tattoo to prove his strength. This lead to the boat breifly being caught on fire, Roy Crown Royal being tossed overboard, and Vegam Yar yelling at the thug to repent with his sword. Kartika Rogyapa plunged her sword through the thug and went over the boat where he exploded boiling the water around the boat. After some burn first aid, the party decided the boat was too dangerous and left to swim to shore. They set the boat on fire as they walked up the shoreline a little and collaped at camp. Tyrinn Ironward and Roy Crown Royal used a puddle as a portal to sleep while the others put out their bedrolls. Bones McGee decided to take first watch. The session ended with him watching a not at all suspicious looking boar heading straight for his piles of bones.
