The Highest Rank of Priesthood in the The Octan Faith.
The Vox Principalis serves as the leader of the faith, chosen by the Vox Organum whenever a previous Principalis dies or becomes too weak in mind or body to serve the Gods’ will. The Vox Principalis serves as the final voice in any dispute about tenets or articles of faith, but also serves as the mortal ruler of the Haisan Golden State.
