The Blackpowder Guild is a newly-chartered guild that has a high membership of Cobbodonyr   They control the blackpowder industry and jealously guard the secrets of its composition and creation.   With the war in Onera, the guild has been made responsible for the manufacture of these weapons, which are generally considered illegal within the city.
