  Massive thunderheads of roiling nebulas, these storms present terrible hazards to travelers and even settlements on the outer skins of Vestiges. They are the impotent rage of dead gods, dreaming of their final battles or the indignities of their existence in the Deepest Dreaming. Particularly talented Astral Navigators can calm them by reading the source of the rage and soothing it for a time. Empathizing with such rages is a dangerous proposition, and if it goes badly then the storm will get worse for a time.
