Pim the Interdimensional Bakery Witch

Pim is a mysterious witch that operates an even more mysterious bakery, the Pancake Patisserie, out of a pocket dimension. She concocts confections out of enchanted items and monster parts sold to her by visiting patrons, though she never knows what will come out of her oven. 
Her dog, Pancake, is the guide to her shop and will always appear just after saturating the air with the smell of syrup. Her husband, Henry, is a flame elemental in charge of keeping the oven hellishly hot.
