Conductor Dalean
Conductor Dalean is one of the rulers of New Crescendo and the High Elves. His twin sister, Conductress Dalea, co-rules with him. It is said that he is the greatest Bardic sorcerer the world has ever seen. He is the oldest elf currently alive.

Personal history
He and his sister were the first elves born after the Lay of Lunara was cured. According to custom the oldest elf in High Elf society becomes leader. Because the Lay of Lunara was only cured for newborns, and not those who were alive when the cure was given, Dalean and his sister were destined to rule together. By the time they were 35, the last of the old guard elves had died from the plague, and for nearly a thousand years, Dalean and Dalea have ruled ever since.
