Lockette Endrinmaster XII-2, these oversized boots are designed to resemble the bottom half of a dinosaur costume, but may magically change to match her outfit. Like all of the cobbler's creations, these boots have a strong magical aura, and are hyper-tuned to work with Lockette's complex nanite structures.
Effect
When worn, you immediately gain a +20 enhancement bonus to your base movement speed, and a +4 enhancement bonus to Acrobatics and Athletics skill checks. When worn inside of a nanite cloud created by either you or an ally, you move at double your total land speed, can move 20 ft. as part of a Guarded Step (instead of the 10 ft. listed in the Nanocyte ability), and can move through tight spaces (such as around allies in a 5-ft. hallway) without penalty. If you decide to reform your cloud array while wearing these boots, after you have finishing resolving the cloud's new location, you may take a Guarded Step as a Free Action as long as you remain within your nanite cloud.
Once per day as a Reaction, when you are struck by an attack in your or an ally's cloud array but before the damage is resolved, you may teleport to another location within or adjacent that nanite cloud without provoking attacks of opportunity, treating that attack as a critical miss instead.
