Ian Lotterbee
Ian is a butcher working out of Lotterbee Brother's Tool Shop, and is the most popular stand in the store. While he rarely does any cooking, he has a way with meat, and can turn even the saddest protein block into something worth frying up on a common kitchen stove. He is a man of few words, but despite his severe appearance, he is known to be very kind.
