Gravity Boots
Created by Fish on commission from Isra, these stylish boots fit Isra's feet perfectly, and magically change to match her outfit. Like all of the cobbler's creations, these boots have a strong magical aura, and appear to act as a Falcon Boots-- but Fish's creations are rarely more than what they appear at first glance...
After some experimenting by Isra, she has confirmed that the boots can be activated even when there is no adjacent surface to latch on to. She may pick any of the 6 directions on a standard 3D axis (up, down, forward, left, right, and backwards), and is immediately subject to normal gravity conditions in that direction.
A person Falling in this manner moves 500 ft. in the first round, and then 1,000 feet/round every round thereafter. Once the creature reaches terminal velocity (which happens after the first round), the standard damage cap for Falling is removed.
Once per day, the wielder of these boots can cast flight at first level, as per the spell.
