Confluence is a massive Barathu living on Bretheda, comprised of thousands of citizens serving as the planet's informal government.
As seen by Mining Team 6 during a vision granted by the Dreamer, Confluence seems to be very interested in assimilating with Chad , particularly since the debut of the Centurion.
