The Quickened Ones
The Quickend Ones are a medium sized ShadowCell that are made up of mostly support personnel.
Their leader, an older Cleric who calls herself Morgana Medriva, after years of service with a BattleCell (a subset of ShadowCells who are organized and built strictly for direct confrontation) decided that there was probably a space in Mycarian for an organization that could be contracted out in support roles to other ShadowCells and, almost immediately, they had more work than they could handle.
The need was so great, in fact, that she directly encouraged individuals she knew to create competing organizations and, although that was successful in a few groups, generally The Quickened Ones ended up absorbing those that failed for lack of starting capital or personnel so that The Quickened now have chapter houses in all 3 major cities on the burning coast AND the capital cities of Kentaria and Cirellia.
The cost for their services is extremely flexible and they can be contracted with a flat fee or as a percentage of longer engagements.
Members are encouraged to "aid now - profit later" which has created its own economy of "a shared fate" and is probably the only tactic that keep The Quickened Ones from being overwhelmed (there being no firm timelines or requirements to provide a "favor").
Despite this business model as being seen as "utterly foolish and wasteful" but some of the more pragmatic financial minds on Kylaria, The Quickened Ones is one of the wealthiest organizations on Tizen.
