Arrowpoint (Rangers)

Arrowpoint is one of the premier guilds on the Burning Coast.
Under the leadership of Si-Leah, an Elven ranger so famous that children create and play with dolls of her, Arrowpoint has grown from a minor guild of Beltienne to a membership of over 1000 rangers with Guild Houses across the landscape of Kylaria.
Of all the guilds, Arrowpoint is perhaps best of all known for their pacifism and open generosity towards other guilds - especially lesser guilds with small membership who may struggle with the early stages of the bureaucracy and finances that are so critical during the early years.

Structure

Arrowpoint is run by a de-centralised organizational structure that allows the Guild to operate over the vast distances of Kylaria. This tends to introduce some inconsistencies from one guild house to the next but all Si-Leah requires is adherence to the core concepts she introduced to the Guild.

Assets

The main Guild House is located in Beltienne but they have houses in each of the major cities on the Burning Coast.
