4th Ward Shades
The Shades are the direct competitors of The Crimson Forge (also based in the 4th ward) and, since the death of Karag Mountainside - leader of Crimson Forge, the 4th Ward Shades have become the preeminent ShadowCell on the 4th Ward.
History
The 4th Ward Shades were created through an endowment sent by Batten Hysinth - father of Killian Hysinth who leads the Shades.
Because of this inauspicious beginning most other Shadowcells that know about them, treat them with a mix of bemusement and impatience which tends of make Killian encourage the members of the Cell to amp up their words and actions - especially in public.
