Iona Kefler is a Half-Elf monk of the Terran Accord, serving as a Justicar under their sacred order within the accord. She is known for being the prodigy student of the now Grand Master of the Terran Accord, having served faithfully to the Order of Justicars and to the Accord for her work in history studies.

General Physical Condition
Iona is a thin-framed half-elf (human-high elf). However, for her thin frame, she is extremely well toned, having trained her body to be agile and capable of working in rigorous environments.

Personal history
Iona grew up in Alterra to a humble family. Through her life, she pursued a career in justice and honor, which lead her to enroll in the Terran Accord early in her life, giving up her comforts to serve truth and knowledge; to be a writer of history.
Rising through the ranks, Iona was an initiate at first, a scribe who took notes and copied ancient texts for storage, production, or recreation. Through her time and effort, she showed promise as a keeper of the many monasteries she served. She would soon be granted the title of Apprentice, where she would follow in the footsteps of then-Justicar Anduin Virmir, who is now the Grand Master of the Accord. The Justicars are a sacred order of investigative spies to the Terran Accord, who hold some authority outside the bounds of Alterra. These Monks investigate in secret, outside of the normal rule of bureaucracy, and keep history in check, vetting dangerous threats and corruption before they come to realization.
After much time, training, and missions, Iona was promoted to Justicar, and received her signature black, red, and white robes to which she wears with pride. During her period as a Justicar, she has been tasked with finding and arresting Vokruul, a monk suspected of stealing an artifact from the archives and murdering another in their escape.
