Matron Seryne
Matron Seryne was forged in the fires of Ashrow—literally and figuratively. The daughter of factory workers, she grew up amidst the grinding cacophony of machinery and the choking haze of the foundries. Her life changed forever when a factory fire consumed both her parents, leaving her orphaned at a young age. Alone and destitute, she turned to the Brethren of the Hearth for refuge. What began as survival became a calling, as Seryne ascended through the ranks with unyielding determination.
Now, as Matron of the Brethren, Seryne has transformed the faction into a quiet force of power and influence. Under her leadership, they have fortified their foothold in Smokestone, weaving their operations into the heart of the bustling trade district. Beyond this, her relentless drive has pushed the Brethren into The Rustway, where their shelters and smuggling networks are taking root among the Hold’s scavengers and tinkerers.
