His domain is a decrepit, half-collapsed foundry, a sprawling maze of rusted pipes and bubbling vats where Riftlight’s industrial runoff is refined into illicit goods. Explosives and experimental chemicals are his specialties, as Garran is equal parts businessman and chemist.
