A skinny, scruff looking gentleman usually bearing a tan synthleather duster and a permanent bored expression. He and his partner, Plepper, are former smugglers who now live in the stations in orbit above Liavara. They were long time crew mates with Takova, when she was just making her way out in the universe. They claim they have “gone strictly aboveboard,” though there are rumors that isn’t so “strictly” true.
